Hi! I'm alive! Just very busy with college. I've only made a few small changes; I discovered that To-Do and List weren't in the correct spot on basically any monitor other than my own, so I've removed them for now. Additionally, I previously changed the crew page to say "under construction" in an attempt to force myself to make a new crew page, but it didn't work, so I have reinstated the old crew page. It's not great and it's woefully incomplete, but it more or less gets the point across.
I do have plans for a big update... I'm just so swamped with class that I haven't gotten around to any of it. All I can say is, big changes are coming (good ones, hopefully)!
I hope your holiday season was wonderful, and that 2025 treats us all well.
Happy October!!! Spooky season is one of my favourite seasons, so I'm feeling pretty good! I'm participating in multiple hexing events this year- details soon to come. I've also started taking a computer science class in college! I feel like I'm already learning lots of stuff, and I'm excited to find ways to use what I learn both in and out of the Petz community.
I haven't really got any big news today, I just wanted to share my general excitement. I hope everyone's October is amazing!

I've got plenty of fun news today (because I forgot to make a news post when I added the library), so let's get to it!
Firstly, if you look to your right, you'll see my brand-new To-Do List, helmed by my beautiful foxes, To-Do and List. They'll keep me on track... hopefully.
Secondly, on the Other page, you'll find a brand-new Library! I've been meaning to back up my AO3 fics to here, and I finally got around to it. There's a couple Ninjago fics, a TMNT 2012 fic, and a really old Splatoon fic. In the future, all fics I write will be posted to both my AO3 and the Library here simultaneously.
I still need to get around to finishing my character gallery so I can delete my Toyhou.se for good. I've switched to hosting gallery images on File Garden, but I still need to migrate everything uploaded prior to August. I'll probably set aside some time for that... at some point. I'm great at website management!
As with every update, there's still lots of improvements to be made. I've just got to keep on trucking, and improve this site one line of code at a time.

Today marks my site's second anniversary, and four days ago marked my twentieth birthday! That's a lot of twos, so to celebrate, I've made two lovely hexies, available for download now on my new Pet Files page. Here's to another bajillion years of Grey's Webbed Site and the Maniacal Menagerie!
My site has a brand new page- my hex archive! It can be found in the Maniacal Menagerie, which has now been split into two sections- downloadable breeds, which can be freely downloaded by anyone, and my archive, which require a trade of some sort. I'm looking forward to adding more to both of these pages as time goes on!
In other news, Easter, my birthday, and this site's second anniversary are all right around the corner! It's definitely a busy time of year for me. Lots to celebrate, and lots of fun to be had! However you choose to celebrate Easter, I hope it's a good one. and for those who don't celebrate, I hope your March 31st is exceptional.
Hey y'all, very small update this time- I finally got around to writing down show name/points. I've been wanting to get into showing for a while, but haven't really set aside the time to actually do it. Hopefully, one day, one of my petz can achieve the coveted title of Supreme Grand Champion. But that's for the future. For now, I've got a hexie or two cooking in the background. I'll keep y'all posted as updates come ;)
The gallery is now officially open! This will be a place for me to archive my own digital art. Currently, I'm not backlogging old art, just uploading new stuff, so right now the gallery only has a few Bryce 4 renders. But as I continue creating art, it will probably end up full of Ninjago fanart. I've never really known how exactly to share my hyperfixations on this site, but having a place (other than Tumblr) to put my fanart will be perfect!
Happy New Year, everyone! I'm celebrating the start of 2024 by FINALLY finishing the Maniacal Menagerie page. That's where I'm going to be hosting all of my hexed files and adoptable pets! There's only two things available in the Menagerie right now, both breefiles, but I think they're worth at least taking a look at!
I'm thinking of creating a gallery page for my digital art. I mostly make fanart, but it might be nice to have somewhere other than Tumblr to keep it all. I've also recently gained an interest in an image rendering software called Bryce, and I think a gallery on this site would be a good place to put the things I make in it. But that's for tomorrow! Tonight, I must get some sleep.
I did quite a lot today- I added a shoutbox (which I've wanted for a while), and I FINALLY got around to making a website icon! It only took me... over a year. Better late than never!
I'm still slowly chipping away at the Crew page. I have more petz than I thought! But once I've got the current petz written down, adding new pages will hopefully be a bit easier, haha.

Honestly there's no real reason why I stopped updating for so long, I just kinda forgot this website exists, haha. Uh, happy New Year, happy April Fools, and happy soon to be Easter! My birthday also happened somewhere in there, and now I'm a year older. And, now that I think about it, so is this website! Happy late first anniversary to this Webbed Site.
In other news, I learned some more about CSS and finally gave my website the appearance overhaul I've been wanting! I think this is MUCH nicer than the previous theme, and things feel more organized. My Crew page is currently a little empty, but I wanted to get this new layout up and running. I'll be working on the Crew page over the coming days, and I'm looking forward to finally finishing it!

Happy holidays to those who celebrate! Now, it's been... a while, since I last updated my site. But I'm back for the moment, with a new theme- Summer! In winter! I kept the CSS code for the old theme, now dubbed "Twilight", but I'm not really sure what to do with it. I've seen other sites that have an "old layout" section on their sites that allows people to see what the site looked like in the past, so maybe something along those lines...? I'm currently working on making my site look cleaner, so stay tuned!
Added a new downloads page with a Petz playscene- currently only available for Petz 4, but a Petz 5 version is coming, as well as much more!
I updated the website so that most main elements are centered. It's not a huge change, but I think it looks much better like this! If you don't see any changes, try clearing your browser's cache. I've also added a link on the homepage leading to my Artfight profile. This will be removed when Artfight ends, but until then, feel free to come visit!
The Crew section in Petz has been updated with several new petz! I now own at least one pet in every generation. It took forever to get all those gifs, but I think it was worth it.
In other news, I'm considering how I want to handle that page going forward. I now have 21(!!!) petz listed, and the page is getting pretty hard to navigate. I want to have something similar to other sites I've seen, where each pet has an icon and visitors can click on the icon to see the pet's profile. I'm still inexperienced with HTML, more so with CSS, and I know nothing about JavaScript. So, I'll have to start studying. I also want to alter the gallery. It's kind of a mess right now, just random screenshots with no rhyme or reason. Still pondering how exactly I want the gallery to look. For now, I need to get some sleep!
My website is now in a state that I wouldn't really call complete, because a website like this is never truly complete, but it's much better than it was before. This website was initially created several months ago, but it wasn't much. It was basically just a short chunk of basic html code with only Neocities' default css. But then, last Thursday, I contracted conjunctivitis (aka pinkeye) and had to stay home from school. I used my unplanned four-day-weekend to learn as much html and css as I could, and now my website is in a state I could comfortably call "good". I'm still learning all the time, and it seems like every time I turn around, there's some new issue from a spelling error to a broken link to bad formatting for me to fix. But I'm also having a lot of fun, and I'm excited to learn and do more with html. Here's to the future!
